DOCTORING & INSPECTION WITH SLITTING FACILITY
NISSI DOCT 100 range of Doctoring Machine is designed for rewinding narrow reels of all kinds of flexible film/paper reels along with Slitting/Trimming facility.
The machine offers a simplified structure and features inline slitting & trimming facility, easy editing, and surface inspection via stroboscope or automatic defect detection system. Additionally, the machine can assist in the re-reeling operation of telescopic rolls with uneven edges or tension. It can also incorporate inkjet printers and batch coder systems for reel identification & quality control.
